Nick Curran Forever is a website dedicated to celebrating and preserving the memory and legacy of Nick Curran. Through the website, visitors may purchase merchandise and contribute photos, memories, stories, and other content for inclusion in a memory book.

You are responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it.

  • You have the necessary rights and permissions to allow Nick Curran Forever to use the content as described in these Terms.

  • Your Submission does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

  • You have obtained appropriate permission from other individuals depicted in photographs or identified in your Submission when such permission is reasonably necessary.

7. Permission to Use Submissions

By submitting a photo, memory, story, or other content to Nick Curran Forever, you grant Nick Curran Forever a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise incorporate your Submission into the Nick Curran Forever memory book and materials directly related to the project.

This permission may include making reasonable formatting or editorial changes to your Submission, such as cropping photographs, correcting spelling or grammar, adjusting formatting, or shortening content to fit the available space.

You understand that your Submission may be reproduced in physical or digital versions of the memory book and may be distributed or sold as part of the project.

You will not receive payment or royalties for the use of your Submission unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You retain ownership of your original photographs, writing, and other content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

8. Photos and Personal Information of Others

If you submit a photograph or other content that includes another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right or permission to submit that content for use in the memory book.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information about another person unless you have the appropriate permission to do so.

9. Content Review and Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, reject, or remove any Submission that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Violates applicable law

  • Infringes another person’s rights

  • Is inappropriate for the memory book

  • Contains offensive, threatening, or harmful material

  • Is unrelated to the purpose of the Nick Curran Forever project

We may also make reasonable editorial decisions regarding which Submissions are included in the final memory book.

Submission of content does not guarantee that it will be published or included in the memory book.

10. Intellectual Property

The Nick Curran Forever website and its original content, including its text, graphics, logos, design, photographs, branding, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Nick Curran Forever and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
